3456427 - Error /SCWM/L3008 and /SCWM/REPL021 during replenishment

Symptom

Planned replenishment is run in transaction /SCWM/REPL. Despite that there is sufficient stock available at the right storage type to replenish, the system does not propose these stocks for replenishment, and errors as below may appear:

"WT creation incomplete for &1 &2 &3" (Message No. /SCWM/REPL021)
"System could not determine source storage bin" (Message No. /SCWM/L3008)
