3456429 - The option to create a new model is not visible in the currency section - SAC

Some users are not able to create new model in the currency conversion section, as the button to do this action is not visible.

This issue is related to missing permission.

In order to create a currency conversion table, the user need to have the Planning Professional license.

Also, users with a different license type than the planning license cannot create or edit a Currency Conversion table. However, they can view such tables and their converted values in reports.
