3456522 - Youtube videos on RMK External Career Site are not visible - Recruiting Marketing

The Careers Site Builder's video component is not working correctly when embed videos from YouTube, there is an empty space and the video is not visible.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

• Cookie Banner in Cookie Manager tab has been enabled in CSB and corresponding cookie section has not been enabled to add the Cookie Provider.
• The URL used is of a private video, however RMK only accepts public videos from YouTube.
• Wrong URL format 

• Check out the two resolutions below:

  • For more information for the first reason, check out the following KBA 3057068 - Video not Showing Up on Career Site - Recruiting Marketing.
  • To find out if your YouTube video is private or public, check if the video URL has the following format (https://youtu.be/....) if yes, the RMK will not render. The URL must have the format (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=....). To solve this case, you must post the video publicly so that it is accepted and visible on the careers site.
