3456568 - System generating Production Proposals during a Planned Downtime

It was entered a planned Downtime, however system is generating Production Proposals in this time.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Supply Chain Design Master Data work center.
2. Go to Resource Operating Profiles view.
3. Find Operation Profile ID XYZ (XYZ means Operation Profile ID).
4. Open and check under tab Downtime and Addition Times.
5. Downtime was set as Maintenance for the chosen date.
6. Notice that in Process Production Proposal under Supply Control work center there are proposals in the chosen date.

After declaring downtime for the Resource Profile for the Resources, can be seen in the Resource Load work center for each Resource that for those date ranges the capacity for the Resource is zero.

Those Production Proposals are believed to be created before the declaration of Downtime for this Resource Profile, because of that those Resources got assigned on those dates as well which is understandable.

It needs to go into each Resource under that Resource Profile (Resource Load) and needs to do Load Levelling for those date ranges, so that the operations assigned to those Resources on those dates will get preponed or postponed based on what you select in the Load Levelling and it will be distributed accordingly.
