3456583 - Application error in the Home Page with missing page header

Symptom

Upon logging in, the customer encounters an application error:

An Application error occurred:

InternalMessage=Failure to load page/MetaData

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM

Reproducing the Issue

Go to the instance
Login/Enter your credentials
Getting the error

Cause

Check Authorized SP Assertion Consumer Service Settings and see if there are any blank entries

Resolution

Go to Provisioning
Go to Authorized SP Assertion Consumer Service Settings
Check if there are any blank entries.
Remove the entries > save and check.

NOTE: Please make sure to check this with our customer that they have a blank entry, ask for approval if they want us to remove it from them.
