Symptom

Transport of transformation finishes with error:

Transformation &1 inactive; action cannot be executed
Message no. RSBK260

When trying to activate the transformation, the error is raised:

Error/warning occurred. Activate manually using DTP UI.
Version M and A is not equal, processing skipped
