3456602 - Default Logo Displayed on Employee View Statement Preview

During the Employee View Statement preview, user encounter an issue where the default logo is displayed regardless of the selected company assignment in the Form Master Template. Despite specifying the company assignment, the system fails to reflect the corresponding company logo in the Employee View Statement preview.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Go to Time Administration workcenter
2. Go to Time Recording view
3. Search for Employee: ABC
4. Choose View Time Statement
5. Select the Month and click on Preview

Observe the logo is incorrect.

This is the expected system behavior, the configuration between Form Template and Master Template must be reviewed.

There are two options in order to have the required logo shown properly:

1. Edit the Logo directly in the Form Template, with that the system will take the logo directly from the Form Template and not the Master Template.
2. Enable the Master Template usage in the Form Template, with that the system will take the master template that is marked as default.

Note: Logo, header and bottom is maintained by the Master Template or the Form Template itself in case the Master Template is disabled.
