The user has set up two workflows to send notifications when a Delivery Block is set or removed.
For instance: The user has configured the following workflows:
- Delivery Block Deactivated
- Delivery Block Activated
The goal is to trigger notifications when the Delivery Block field is set or removed. However, there is an issue where if the Delivery Block field is set along with any other field on the General tab of the Account, the deactivation notification is triggered instead, regardless of the presence of a value in the Delivery Block field.
