3456659 - Item Shown as "Assigned by <userID> [name not specified]" in Learning Assignments (Card View) and LMS reports - SAP SuccessFactors Learning 2311

User self-assigns an item from SF mobile App and when checking in browser, it is shown as "Assigned by <userID> [name not specified]" in Learning Assignments.

Same shows under 'Assigned by' column in User Learning Plan Change Audit Report.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning 2311 & 2405

1. Log into SAP SuccessFactors Mobile application;

2. Navigate to Learning>Library and open an item;

3. Don't click 'Start Course', open three dots menu on upper right and click 'Assign to me';

4. Observe that a self-assigned item is displayed as "Assigned by <userID> [name not specified]" on browser;

5. Same will appear in reports such as User Learning Plan Change Audit Report.

LMS Engineering Team has finalized their investigation and will fix this in 2411 release.

Until then, please advise users to self assign course on mobile App via 'Start course' button on item details page.
