3456667 - External Procurement product cost not show in planned cost

You have sales order cost estimate for which normally you should be able to check via app 'P&L - Plan/Actual' under plan version PLANORD03.
However, for some order products, you can't see the costs shown in the app. If you check from the sales order cost estimate, the costs can be seen.

With new design of sales order costs, the External Procurement products are not considered. The relevant cost items will not be saved to the database.

Since it's current design. If it's needed to change the behavior, please raise feature request.
