3456734 - Results show "No jobs matched" when filtering Location in RCM Career site - Recruiting Management

It shows "No jobs matched" when selecting any Locations in RCM Career site, even if there are some jobs matching the conditions.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to Career site.
2. Under the location filter click "All locations".
3. Return many jobs in results.
4. Modify the filter. Unselect a location under the location filter.
5. Search result shows as No jobs will match the search.

The filter field that has been used in Internal and External Career Search Settings is not matched the corresponding field defined in the job requisition template.

The standard enum-type fields "Location" is used in Internal and External Career Search Settings. However, the field which is defined in the job requisition template is object type.

To correct the configuration, follow the below steps:

1. Go to Admin Center -> Internal and External Career Search Settings.
2. Disable the enum-type field "Location" under Standard Filters.
3. Enable the object-type field "Location (Foundation Object)" under Standard Filters.
