3456865 - Dump Occurs While Releasing Time Sheet in Self Services Overview

Symptom

When trying to release the time sheet in the self-services overview view, dump occurs
 

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Home work center.
  2. Select the Self-Services Overview view.
  3. Select the Edit Time Sheet link.
  4. Update the times and select the Release button and choose Release All.

System throw the exception.

An error occurred:
Try to continue with your work. If you still have problems, report an incident.

Cause

Selecting "Release All " attempts to release data from the past six months

Resolution

Select the week view and release a particular week instead of selecting all and trying to release data from the past six months.

  1. Go to the Home work center.
  2. Select the Self-Services Overview view.
  3. Select the Edit Time Sheet link.
  4. Update the times and select the Release button and choose Release Selected Week
