Hire Event is triggered in Intelligent Service Center (ISC) before the employee is hired in Onboarding 2.0

For Onboarding 2.0 it is expected to trigger the onPostSave rules assigned during the Onboarding process

From Employee Central point of view, the system cannot control context of rule trigger, hence cannot be simple disabled for Onboarding panels.

The status of Onboarding can be tracked using the Onboarding Info Object and the replication of data can be adjusted. Please refer to Implementing Onboarding - Onboarding Info Object.
