3457174 - Hire Event is Triggered in ISC During Onboarding 2.0 Process - Employee Central

Hire Event is triggered in Intelligent Service Center (ISC) for Onboarding 2.0 before the employee is hired from Manage Pending Hires.

1. Complete the Onboarding process;
2. Send user to MPH;
3. Event is raised in ISC. 

onPostSave rules do not support rule contexts; therefore, they are triggered during Onboarding 2.0.

ISC Events are executed by onPostSave rules. Since rule contexts are not evaluated for onPostSave rules, the event is raised when the onboarding candidate reaches the “Hired” status in Onboarding.

The onboarding candidate status can be monitored through the Onboarding Info object, and data replication behavior can be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to Onboarding Info Object for configuration details.
