3457184 - How to find the right component for Data Replication Framework (DRF) issues

Symptom

You use DRFOUT to replicate data and want to know the right component to use to create an incident/ticket with SAP.

The Data Replication Framework is a framework used by many different applications. The Application using the framework should analyze the issue first. 
This means that component CA-MDG-DRF is not always the right component to use when opening a ticket with SAP.
The Application team responsible for the Outbound Implementation should check the issue first.
Choosing the wrong component may result in longer processing times.
