3457206 - Charge calculation on Forwarding order raises Error: 'Charge Calculation Failed; document is incomplete for the action'

Symptom

  • In SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM),  charges are being calculated on the Forwarding Order (FWO) and it raises an error: '&1; document is incomplete for the action' or '&1; document is incomplete' (/SCMTMS/TRQ 208)   
  • Movement type and traffic direction are not maintained in the FWO
  • Charge calculation failed
