Receiving message; "validityStatusMessage": "checking credentials: rejected. Reason: To authenticate with Atlassian Basic Auth: User and APIToken properties are required." when setting up Signavio Process Intelligence integration with Jira Cloud.
Resolution
Currently, we support only basic authentication (user and password). We are aware that JiraCloud no longer supports basic authentication, and they recommend using the API token option. This option is not currently supported on Signavio side.
