3457244 - Dump RPERF_ILLEGAL_LENG in MAIN_NEWBAS/XPRAS_AIMMRG phase of SUM

System is using SUM to upgrade. In MAIN_NEWBAS/XPRAS_AIMMRG phase, there is an error that shows a job is cancelled.

In ST22 dump log, there are messages:

ABAP/4 routine called from C function: Wrong parameter length routine.  

The termination occurred in ABAP program or include "SAPMSSY0", in "THEW_LIST_MASKING2". The main program was "SAPMS380".
