3457263 - sap-language and abap sy-langu not matched between frontend and backend system

Symptom

Calling odata request with sap-language, but in the backend system sy-langu shows different system.

For example:

Calling from frontend system:
/sap/opu/odata/sap/XXXXXX/YYYY/?sap-language=EN

Code stopped in backend system:

in /iwbep/fm_mgw_handle_request , sy-langu=D

Environment

SAP Gateway hub and backend deployment.
