3457269 - Transport Of Frequency Object Fail When Pay Frequency Is Configured

• Transport fail when payFrequency field is configured for the Frequency Foundation Object
• Foundation Object Ad hoc Report also doesn't shown data for the field.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Foundation Object

1. Add 'payFrequency' hris field under 'frequency' hris element in Corporate Data Model.
2. Create a record/new frequency in 'Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures' page by providing some value for 'payFrequency' field.
3. Configuration Transport Centre, try to transport Frequency from source to target instance and the transport fails.The downloading of this record using configuration center tool also fails.
4. Additionally, the 'payFrequency' data is also not shown in Foundation Object ad hoc reports.

This is currently a system limitation.

• Currently, there is no option to download/transport Frequency FO having 'payFrequency' hris field.
• This will be enhanced with enhancement number ECT-231823 which is planned for 2H 2024, but not yet confirmed.
• This KBA will be updated once the fix date is confirmed.
• Please reach out to your CSM/CEE to track the progress of the enhancement
