3457343 - The collection tab in the Solr admin console is not working after the Solr 9.5 update

Symptom

After the Solr 9.5 update, you notice that the collection tab in the Solr admin console is not working, as shown in the below image:

In the browser console you could notice error like:

Refused to execute script from [url] because its MIME type ('text/html') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled.
