3457346 - Error "User ID is already maintained as alias with Person GUID. No action required" while running report RP_HRSFEC_IAS_USER_ALIAS_UPD

Error "User ID is already maintained as alias with Person GUID. No action required" is raised for some users when running report RP_HRSFEC_IAS_USER_ALIAS_UPD to update the user ID with the Person globally unique identifier (GUID) in the Alias field for existing users in Employee Central Payroll.
