3457371 - Forward to Requisition will include the resume and cover letter from the candidate profile of the forwarded candidate - Recruiting Management

When using the "Forward to Requisition" tool from the Job Application page, the new application will not include the resume and cover letter from the previous application page, but the items currently available in the Candidate Profile.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to an application page.
2. Click "Take action" > "Forward" > "Forward to Requisition".
3. Choose a Req ID and click "Forward to Select".
4. View the resume and cover letter in the new created application are from candidate profile, not from the previous application page.

This is an expected system behavior.

These two fields forward with data intact from the candidate profile if present. If not, fields are copied from the job application if defined as forward-intact="true".  More information about other fields, refer to Job Application Fields Behavior with Data Intact - Help Portal.

Even if you have change resume and cover letter in A application page, it will not affect resume and cover letter in B application page when you use "Forward to Requisition" tool to forward candidate from A to B.
