3457441 - Error message "You are checked in to visit 12345. Please check out before proceeding." occurs

When you check in a visit, an error message "You are checked in to visit 12345. Please check out before proceeding." occurs.

SAP Cloud for Customer.

1. Go to the Visits work center
2. Go to the Visits view
3. Open the Visit 12345 (Where 12345 refers to the Visit ID)
4. Click Check In

Result: There is an error message "You are checked in to visit 12345. Please check out before proceeding.".

You enable a scoping question "Do you want to prevent users from checking into multiple visits?" in the Business Configuration.

Disable the scoping question Do you want to prevent users from checking into multiple visits? in the Business Configuration.

Steps to disable the question

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center
2. Go to the Implementation Projects view
3. Select the current project
4. Click Edit Project Scope
5. Click Next till 4 Questions
6. Expand Sales
7. Expand Account and Activity Management
8. Click Activity Management
9. Put the question Do you want to prevent users from checking into multiple visits? in the Business Option to find the question
10. Untick the box in the In Scope
