Symptom

When creating or changing a knowledgebase runtime version ( transactions CU34, CU35, PMEVC)  there is a TIMEOUT dump with detail

What happened?
    The program "CL_BAL_DB_SEARCH==============CP" has exceeded the maximum
    permitted runtime without                                                                   
   interruption and has therefore been terminated.
