3457522 - Incompatibility error during HANA System Copy/Recovery

Symptom

During the HANA DB restoration and recovery, an error is encountered stating that the backup is incompatible with the current installation of HANA and cannot be used for recovery. The error details indicate that the current installation version does not support backups originating from a different HANA version and no migration path is available.

In this special case, the source system is running on HANA version 2.00.059.07 while the target system is running on HANA version 2.00.067.02.
