3457530 - WS error "Unsupported Content Type is received"

Symptom

  • A web service call is failing and following error displayed on transaction srt_util:

  • Selecting button "Show recommended action" from Long text column, we can see more details about the error.
    "The target system is refusing to service the request because the entity of the request is in a format not supported by the requested resource for the requested method."
  • Column "Remote IP Address" would help us identify the web service consumer
