3457579 - UKM_BP_DISPLAY dynamic selection does not consider 'credit segment' criteria

Symptom

In UKM_BP_DISPLAY the dynamic selection filled the 'credit segment' and the expected outcome would be restrict the data only with that credit segment.
The report selects all general data and displays them for all business partners.
