3457721 - Error When Trying to Approve a Manager Approval via ByD Mobile

You are trying to approva a Manager Approval via ByD Mobile, however the Mobile shows the following error message:

Approving Error An error occurred. Please try again.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Access the ByD Mobile.
2. Go to the Manager Approvals tile.
3. Then Expenses section.
4. Select the affected Manager Approval.
5. Click Approve.
6. Error occurs.

This error occurs because multi-step approval (MSA) of expense reports is not supported for SAP Business ByDesign Mobile.

For this error, please change the approval process for expense reports to One-Step.
