Symptom

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental  

A posting (e.g. settlement) is triggered in management accounting (CO) on an SAP ERP system with active new GL accounting. This posting is also transferred to the financial accounting as a result of the CO->FI real time integration. When checking the document in financial accounting, an involved account assignment object is missing.
