3457725 - Cannot use CTI widget when embedding Sinch Contact Pro when integrating with Service Cloud V2

Symptom

  • CTI implementation with Service Cloud V2 and Sinch Contact Pro is not working as expected
  • User are unable to perform any actions in the embedded widget
  • Unable to Logon the widget
  • User see a stop-sign (not allowed) icon
  • Chrome DevTool Console logs show the following message:
    • Embedding blocked because configuration mode is set to 'DENY' -  sap/ui/security/FrameOptions
