Symptom
- CTI implementation with Service Cloud V2 and Sinch Contact Pro is not working as expected
- User are unable to perform any actions in the embedded widget
- Unable to Logon the widget
- User see a stop-sign (not allowed) icon
- Chrome DevTool Console logs show the following message:
- Embedding blocked because configuration mode is set to 'DENY' - sap/ui/security/FrameOptions
- Embedding blocked because configuration mode is set to 'DENY' - sap/ui/security/FrameOptions

Environment
- SAP Service Cloud Version 2 1.0
- SAP Sales Cloud Version 2 1.0
Reproducing the Issue
- Connect to SAP Service Cloud V2 (SCV2) tenant
- Click on the Telephony icon
- Widget loads, but user is unable to type or click within the widget
Cause
3rd party issue.
Resolution
- Check Sinch Documentation on "Embedded Communication Panel in SAP Service Cloud (C4C)"
- Contact Sinch, and request them to add your SCV2 tenant URL "https://my********.****.***.crm.cloud.sap/" URL to their exception/allowed list for CORS
