3457725 - Cannot use CTI widget when embedding Sinch Contact Pro when integrating with Service Cloud V2

Symptom

  • CTI implementation with Service Cloud V2 and Sinch Contact Pro is not working as expected
  • User are unable to perform any actions in the embedded widget
  • Unable to Logon the widget
  • User see a stop-sign (not allowed) icon
  • Chrome DevTool Console logs show the following message:
    • Embedding blocked because configuration mode is set to 'DENY' -  sap/ui/security/FrameOptions

  • SAP Service Cloud Version 2 1.0
  • SAP Sales Cloud Version 2 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Connect to SAP Service Cloud V2 (SCV2) tenant
  2. Click on the Telephony icon
  3. Widget loads, but user is unable to type or click within the widget
