Your system is SAP S/4HANA, according to SAP Help | Inbound Integration: SDI ABAP Adapter - Available Versions of OpenAPI the Version for Supply Chain Integration Add-On for SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBPIECC and IBPIFND) is 1.1 for SAP ERP and 1.0 for SAP S/4HANA.

However, when you check at your S/4 External System (System -> Status menu) you see IBPIECC and IBPIFND release 110 (1.1).
