• Can't reach the career site when applying for jobs.
• Candidates are redirected to a "careers.hr.successfactors.sap.com" URL.
• Error code: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
• Error Message: "can't reach this page", "This site can’t be reached".

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Open job posting page.
2. Click Apply button
3. It is redirected to a "careers.hr.successfactors.sap.com" URL, and an error "This site can’t be reached" is displayed.

The UURL (Unified URL feature) is enabled in CSB. This feature should not be enabled for any customer.

1. Navigate to Career Site Builder > Settings > Site Configuration > Site Integrations
2. Disable and remove the following UURL configurations:

• • UURL Enabled
  • Customer-Facing Data Center (optional)
