3457826 - Customer Would Like To Recover Old Files From Monitor View

Customer wonders if there is any possibility to recover files from Monitor View.

SAP Cloud for Customer 

This is expected behavior and that is meant to optimize system processing.

Hosting team and also Data Workbench expert development confirms that once the files are removed from the Monitor in the DWB Tool, those files are deleted from the back end as well.

Currently there is no way from SAP side to provide such information from the back end.
