3457958 - Inconsistent display of withholding tax in apps "Clear Incoming Payments" and "Clear Outgoing Payments"

The withholding tax for the same downpayment request is not always displayed in apps "Clear Incoming Payments" and "Clear Outgoing Payments".

This can occur when the "Transfer Posting" switch is set to ON. In the case of Transfer Posting, the behavior of the withholding tax calculation alters.

Check the status of the "Transfer Posting" switch. In a standard payment scenario, ensure that the "Transfer Posting" switch is set to OFF in order to correctly display the withholding tax amount.
