3458049 - Group Reporting: Elimination (reclassification) run in Consolidation Monitor app in higher-level group when subgroup being locked

Symptom

In Manage Group Structure app, user maintains overlapping consolidation groups according to the legal group structure as follows:

SUBGR: CU1, CU2, CU3

TOPGR: CU1, CU2, CU3, CU4

There is data to be eliminated between consolidation unit pair CU1 - CU2.

Elimination (reclassification) task was run and locked in consolidation group SUBGR in Consolidation Monitor app.

By running the same task on consolidation group TOPGR, reclassification task log reports information message No reclassification required for period/year.
