3458067 - Dump /BOBF/CX_FRW_FATAL happens during charge calculation in FWO using COST PULL

FWO contains one or more charge lines with calculation method COST PULL(09) using cost pull strategy "Inactive Copy".  

Do manual changes on charge lines in FO, then do Charge Calculation in FWO.  Dump will occur as below :

Except.                /BOBF/CX_FRW_FATAL

Sometimes the issue only happens on UI side. Executing calculation via BOBT and using Batch Report will not trigger the dump.
