3458155 - Import of DRTM Goal Management-Time Configuration for Country/region based data retention does not work

Upon importing goal data file via Import and Export data tool, an error message is displayed: "inactivePeriod is a required field/association in Object DRTMTGMRetentionTimeConfig". 

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management 

1. Go to Import and Export data

2. Select import data

3. Choose DRTM Goal Management-Time Configuration

4. Select an import file

5. For purge type choose incremental load

6. Key preference: external code

7. Press validate > this will generate the error which you can find under Scheduled Job Manager

Configuration issue. 

1. Go to Admin Center

2. Search for Configure Objects Definitions tool

3. Find DRTM Goal Retention Time Configuration

4. Click on Make Correction

5. Search for "inactivePeriod"  and click on details

6. Change "Required" field to "No", then it won't be a mandatory field.
