Offer Detail Page is not honoring Application startDate for Job Application Object.

Configuration requirements:

1. Reference Job Application object field in Offer Detail template.
2. Reference Job Application startDate field in Offer Detail template.
3. "Allow users to select only those instances that are active as of the date in the Job Start Date field in the Job Requisition, Application and Offer Detail pages" is enabled in Manage Recruiting Settings.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select a date in the Job Application startDate field.
2. Create an offer approval.
3. The effective-dated object is not honoring the Job Application startDate to show values. As a result, it may show a different value from the job application.

The offer entity follows a different start date validation, the specific validation order is described in this guide Effective-Dated Foundation Objects and Generic Objects for Offer.

If the job application start date is different from the offer start date the objects that can be selected may vary.
