Unable to configure Object Type when adding Application object field in Offer Detail Template via Manage Templates.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Manage Templates > Recruiting Management > Offer Detail.
2. Edit the template.
3. Click "xx Fields defined. Click to modify."
4. Click Add > Add Job Application custom field.
5. Select 'object' as Field Type.
6. After selecting 'object', it should show the Object Type field like below, allowing users to configure the object name. However, it does not appear.

This is a known issue and the Engineering team will work to fix it.

Workaround:

Import the Offer Detail template from Provisioning (back-end).

As a customer, if you are no longer working with an Implementation Partner, you can raise a ticket to SAP Support to upload a new template version. 

Please note, that Support will only upload a new template version provided by the customer. Please follow instructions in the following KBA:
