Error when Initiating Onboarding, but there are no relevant information on BPE Tile or BPE Monitor Process.

Issue with the Employee ID

This error can be caused by an issue with the Employee ID Custom Generation.

To fix this you need to verify the rules maintain for this scenario and ensure that they are matched and the sequence is correct.

If the candidate match the present rule conditions, the custom sequence will be followed.

If none of the conditions are matched the candidate will trigger the standard sequence, which can be found on Company Logo Settings.
