3458305 - Goods Issue does not reduce Inspection Lot Quantities

The lot origin 17 inspection lot is still open (not decided/cancelled), and therefore the stock still contains this quality reference. When the Goods Issue is posted in EWM system for some quantity of this stock, it is expected that the inspection lot quantities (Actual Lot Quantity QALS-LMENGEIST and Quantity that Must Be Posted QALS-LMENGEZUB) will be reduced accordingly. But after the GI these quantities remain unchanged and therefore the MD04 quantity is incorrect.
