Values in Complete I-9 section 1 task display as "Unknown" or "N/A" for active employees.

Issue doesn't occur for onboarding external users.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log in or proxy as an active employee
2. Open the Complete I-9 section 1 task from home page
3. Values are displayed as "Unknown" or "N/A"

Missing permissions for active employees.

Please grant at least "View" permission to active employees:

1) Employee Data >> HR Information:

• Biographical Information
• National ID Information
• Phone Information
• Email Information
• Business Email Address
• Primary Emergency Contact
• Work Permit Info
• Business Address
  
  

2) Employee Data >> Employment Details:

• Employment Details MSS
