3458401 - Not able to find the Display Batch Usages app

Symptom

When searching the Display Batch Usages (MB56) app, no results are displayed even though all the business roles and business catalogs are assigned to the user.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Cloud.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Search for Display Batch Usages app
  2. No results

Cause

The Display Batch Usages (MB56) app cannot be accessed directly.

Resolution

Display Batch Usages (MB56) app needs to be triggered from a primary app, such as 'Manage Batches' app.

  1. Go to the 'Manage Batches' app
  2. Click on any existing batch
  3. Click on related apps and it will navigate you to 'Display Batch Usages' app
