3458446 - Upgrade to Story Reports fails with error pointing that "You have changed the identity authentication integration settings for SAP SuccessFactors, but have not activated it"

• SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) has been changed
• Story Reports Upgrade fails with below error message
  
   "You have changed the identity authentication integration settings for SAP SuccessFactors, but have not activated it. To activate Story Reports, you must activate or discard the changes to your Identity Authentication integration settings and try again."

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Log in to the instance
2. Navigate to "Upgrade Center"-> Run the Upgrade to Story Reports
3. The job fails after few seconds with the following message:
   "You have changed the identity authentication integration settings for SAP SuccessFactors, but have not activated it. To activate Story Reports, you must activate or discard the changes to your Identity Authentication integration settings and try again."
   
     

The reason the upgrade failed is due to a change in the Identity Authentication Service (IAS).

Once the Identity Authentication Service (IAS) has been changed, it is needed to activate the current Identity Authentication Service (IAS) mapped, to do so, kindly follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to "Upgrade center";
2. Run the "'Activated SuccessFactors SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication Service Integration" job;
3. Once it is completed, re-run the "Upgrade to Story Reports" job, after it the issue would be fixed.
