3458493 - Mass Completion Option for New Hire Activity Tasks - Onboarding

Hiring managers can select up to 20 new hires when completing standard new hire activity tasks such as completing the welcome message, assigning a buddy, or recommending people.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

This functionality has been implemented in release 2405 of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module, no preliminary configuration is required.

1. In Onboarding dashboard select candidates that have pending tasks to be completed, any status is accepted, but the candidate must have pending tasks.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Select the pending tasks to be completed and select the 'start' button.
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Complete the actions present in the tasks and submit, the task will be completed for all the candidates available when selected.
