3458528 - HTML tokens are incorrectly displaying when previewing online Offer Letter from Offer Letter Portlet - Recruiting Management

Some custom richText fields from job requisition templates are appearing as HTML tokens in online offer letter when previewing the offer letter from offer letter portlet. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Application page > Take action > Offer > Offer letter.
2. Choose an offer letter template and add some custom richText tokens from job requisition template.
3. Click preview tab and see the custom richText tokens are resolved successfully
4. Send this online offer letter to a candidate
5. Go to Offer Letter portlet on the candidate's application and click the latest online offer letter title to preview and view unresolved HTML tokens are displaying.
6. Download the online offer letter and view the richText tokens are resolved successfully.

This is an configuration issue and the cause is "Sanitize all rich text inputs" feature is not enabled.

• It is recommended to turn on "Sanitize all rich text inputs" switch via Admin Center > Company System and Logo Settings.
• The solution will only fix the new online offer letters which are created after enabling the switch, the existing offer letters won't be fixed.
