3458610 - QL41: Specific language/Special characters are converted to # during short/long text transport for code groups and codes

Symptom

While transporting code groups and codes via transaction QL41, the connected short and long texts are correct in the output IDoc in the source system, but replaced with # (hashtag) characters in the input IDoc in the target system.
