3458628 - PFCG: Service in role menu gets deleted from profile or does not insert an S_SERVICE entry

Symptom

  1. An external Service gets added to the empty role menu in PFCG.
  2. After saving, the Service is visible in the role menu and the profile data gets updated with in an S_SERVICE entry where the fields SRV_NAME and SRV_TYPE are filled with the correct data.
  3. The inserting of an additional Service to the role menu, deletes the previously inserted Service without any reason.

  1. An external Service gets added to the role menu in PFCG which already contains external Services.
  2. After saving, the new Service gets successfully added to the role menu but the authorization object S_SERVICE does not get updated with additional SRV_NAME and SRV_TYPE authorizations of the new Service.

In both scenarios the affected Service has an entry in the table USOBHASH and contains the authorization object S_SERVICE in its SU24 data.
In both scenarios the "Applications" tab in PFCG does not get updated with the external Service in question.
