Symptom

You tried upgrading the SAP Java Buildpack described in SAP note 3411067, but an error message is displayed and the version cannot be updated.

Run:  cf push -f <PATH_TO_APP_MANIFEST> -b sap_java_buildpack_1_81_1

Error message;

For application 'xxxxx': Buildpack "sap_java_buildpack_1_81_1" for stack "cflinuxfs4" must be an existing admin buildpack or a valid git URI
