3458727 - Down payment not cleared on AuC - S/4HANA Cloud

1. Down payment amount is not reversed from AuC after down payment clearing.
2. Error FAA_POST075 "Settlement not possible down payments on XXXX not cleared" during asset settlement.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Down payment is not cleared against the AuC before executing settlement on WBS element.

1. In App Run Settlement - Actual run settlement against the WBS element first with processing type Automatic run.
2. Run settlement again on the WBS element with processing type Full Settlement.

It will clear the downpayment on the AuC, check the values in the App Manage Fixed Assets.
